1. Booking Requirements: To book and reserve a spot on the Natalia Travels, customers must complete the following:
Payment of the deposit: Deposits varies depending on the Trip. Deposits must be paid within 2-3 working days from the confirmation of the spot.
Passport copy: Customers must provide a copy of their passport and any other necessary information needed to apply for their visa if Natalia Travels is handling it.
2. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process but generally include PayPal or bank transfer.
3. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the start of the Trip, unless otherwise informed. The specific payment timeline for each Trip will be mentioned in the booking email or whatsapp chat.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their travel documents and personal information provided are up-to-date, including passport details and any other necessary details required for visa processes or invitation letters.
Cancellation and Refunds
1. All deposits are non-refundable and payments which was made in less than 30 days before the Trip.
2. If you wish to cancel the Trip due to personal circumstances, please inform Natalia personally in advance.
3. If the customer decides to cancel after paying the remaining balance:
• 90 to 45 days before the beginning of the Trip: full refund minus deposit
• 44 to 30 days before the beginning of the Trip: 50% refund
• 30 days or less days: no refund.
